Yay!
I have a week and a half of progesterone left (nightly injection) and about 3 weeks of Delestrogen (every 3rd night) and Estrace (2x day). I'm so excited! Soon I will be able to just go to bed when I'm tired instead of having to sleepily load up a syringe and stick it in my behind! Plus this also means that Shady Grove is confident that my body will carry these babies on its own without the help from the meds. I'm so happy! I will celebrate the day I take my last injection! :)

Big big update!
April 21st - start Lupron
April 23rd - stop birth control pills
April 27th - probably start period
April 28th - baseline ultrasound and bloodwork - start Delestrogen injections tonight
May 7th - followup ultrasound and bloodwork
May 15th - 19th - TRANSFER! (date depends on how M's stim cycle is going)
I am so excited to have a date for our goal! That means at the next Midwest surrogate support group meeting (June 7th, here in Minneapolis) I will hopefully get to announce a pregnancy!
I have also come up with a great way to tell M that I'm pregnant. But she'll have to wait until that day comes. ;)
My new big bundle of meds will be here tomorrow. It will include prenatal vitamins, too. It's just so exciting and it feels SO real now. I mean, it did before (especially when I was sticking needles into my rear) but now we're so close to transfer and its just awesome!!

Meds are here!
Let me tell you...those 18mm needles are scary! Those are for drawing up the PIO since it's thick. The Progesterone is in Sesame Oil. Interesting! So I will draw it up with the 18mm and then switch needles to the 22mm. The 22s dont look too intimidating. Once I start the injections I will post pictures so everyone can see the difference. There's a piece of paper in the packet with the PIO supplies that give tips on how to give a good injection. It starts off "numb the area with ice for 10 minutes" I doubt its that bad. But if it is, I'm sure the ice will numb it right up and I wont feel a thing.
So now I wait until CD2. I should start on 2/28 so CD2 would be 2/29. I'm so excited! The agency called me yesterday to ask what my timeline was and I told her about the mock starting 2/29 or 3/1. She then said "Ok so it looks like you'll have an April transfer then." It's so cool to have a timeline. So if we transfer mid-April and it works the first time, M&B will be having a Christmas to New Years baby! I got pregnant with my first son in the last week of March and he was due December 15th. So it would be the best Christmas present ever. :)
